• B: foam stability: schlecht. carbonation: gone fast. taste disgusting sweetish.
• M: surprisingly hight alcohol taste for not so much alcohol.
• F: cheap glucose fucked up.
• N: the worst part of Tennent's Super, without even getting you drunk.

Grade: -3.

2nd: SBP: Sternquell Bürgerbräu

• M: it tastes like mouldy cellar. 

Genesis

We hereby declare the beginning of the Vollmondig beer blog. What is it about? We get "regularly" (note the quotation marks) every month a package of beer from all around the world (via Bierspot), mixed between big brands and craft beers. We then meet "regularly" on full moon to taste and judge. We will share, in the course of this blog, our maybe debatable thoughts about each of the brews, in the form of a few short comments and a grade on the scale -5...+5.
